It seems as though the mountains, rivers and ocean all come together at Oregon's Seaside beaches, and since the late 19th century, people have, too. This is Oregon’s oldest, finest coastal resort city. Three blocks west of the Necanicum River, 250 yards of exquisite sand reaches to the sea. Seaside looks west from a beautiful 3-mile-long concrete promenade. This is where visitors and residents alike turn out for sunset on the “Prom.”

Public beach access is widely available.
